Three wounded in shooting attack at bus in Jordan Valley

Three people were injured thursday morning in a shooting attack at a school bus in the jordan valley, one in serious condition and two in moderate condition.

The terrorist apparently fired at the bus and later at other vehicles on route 90, near the auja junction. the idf began a manhunt for the terrorist who fled the scene. route 90 is closed to all southbound vehicles.

following the serious attack and the manhunt that is still underway for the terrorist, the jordan valley announced a temporary halt to the movement of school buses in the area: “dear residents, due to a shooting incident in northern auja on a school bus and a private vehicle, school buses do not leave for educational institutions.”

MDA emergency medic uriel reinus, who was at the scene in NAAMA, said: “we arrived at the entrance to NAAMA and saw near the guard post a 13-year-old boy with facial injuries as a result of glass fragments,” and the boy was evacuated in light condition to shaare zedek hospital. rhinus: “they told us that he was hit when they fired at the vehicle on route 90 near auja and they continued driving until NAAMA.”

last friday, sergeant major david garfinkel, a soldier in the duvdevan unit, was killed during the assault on the terrorist who carried out the shooting attack near the community of dolev in binyamin. the attack was also initially directed at a school bus. it is not inconceivable that this is a change in trend on the part of the terrorist organizations in judea and samaria.
