“He’s Gonna Win” American Woman Reveals Who She Believes Will Win November 2024 Election

At a rally for Donald Trump in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, a fervent supporter made headlines by drawing a striking comparison between the former president and Jesus Christ, citing the intense opposition Trump faces as reminiscent of the challenges endured by the biblical figure.

According to a report published by Mediaite on Monday, June 10, 2024, the rally-goer, clad in MAGA gear, encapsulated the deep-seated loyalty and quasi-religious fervor that many of Trump’s supporters maintain as he campaigns for a return to the White House.

NBC News Correspondent Vaughn Hillyard was on the ground speaking with Trump’s supporters, attempting to gauge their reasons for standing by the embattled former president despite his multiple legal troubles.

Trump, who narrowly lost Nevada to President Joe Biden by less than three percentage points in 2020, continues to command a fiercely devoted base.

One woman at the rally expressed her unwavering belief in Trump’s potential to reclaim the presidency and restore the nation.

“He’s gonna win and he’s going to bring our country back,” she told Hillyard. “He’s gonna save us. That’s how I feel.”

Hillyard probed further into the mindset of Trump’s supporters, particularly in light of the former president’s recent statements about seeking retribution against his political adversaries and those involved in his criminal prosecutions.

Trump faces four criminal cases, one of which has already led to a conviction.

“He was asked this week about retribution,” Hillyard noted to the woman. “What does that look like to you?”

In response, she downplayed the notion of Trump harboring vengeance.

“He’s not gonna get angry,” she stated. “He’s got too much to fix. He’s not a vengeful person.”

However, this sentiment contrasts sharply with Trump’s own rhetoric.

He has declared to his supporters, “I am your retribution,” and hinted at the possibility of prosecuting his enemies.

Earlier this month, he acknowledged it is “very possible” he would take legal action against his foes if re-elected.

Despite attempts by Fox News host Sean Hannity to get Trump to explicitly disavow seeking revenge, Trump has remained steadfast in his provocative stance.

Another rally-goer interviewed by Hillyard offered a dramatic comparison, likening Trump to Jesus Christ.

Wearing a hat emblazoned with “Trump” and a shirt with “1776,” the man articulated his belief that Trump’s opposition mirrors the biblical persecution of Jesus.

“I mean, you think about Jesus Christ himself, everyone went against him because he was preaching love and doing what was right for the people,” the man explained. “And Trump’s doing what’s right for this nation. And because he’s doing that, everybody is against him.”
