“You ate a bag of rice in one sitting” – Reactions as man pays outrageous amount for a small portion of food he ate at a restaurant in Lagos

Different reactions have trailed the piece of food a man shared online with claims that he purchased it for 98k in a restaurant in Lagos.

Sharing pictures of the food and receipt, the man noted via the caption that this is daylight robbery, but nothing can be done about it.

Reaction

The images captured a small portion of flavored rice garnished with some vegetables, a few cubes of chicken, drinks, and table water.

The post had generated different reactions from internet users causing them to troop to the comment section to share their thoughts.

While some lamented about how expensive and unattractive the food looked, others bashed the tweep for paying that amount for the food.
