A video of veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, teaching a white woman to speak Igbo has stirred warm reactions online.
The Nigerian-Russian content creator, Fari Ferrari, recently met with the veteran thespian, and she shared a video from the meeting on social media.
In the video, Fari asked Edochie to teach her some words in the Igbo language, and he agreed. She asked him how to say “Daddy, I missed you” in Igbo, and he told her, “Otego kwa aka.”
After their brief language lesson, she made an effort to repeat the phrases after Edochie and thanked him for his time.
