“Singer Peter Okoye Responds to Criticism Over Concert Incident: “I’m Simply Fulfilling My Duties

Nigerian singer Peter Okoye of the PSquare music group, a popular Nigerian artist, has reacted after being chastised for kissing a female fan at a show.

The musician, who is presently on a world tour with his twin brother, Paul, and has plans to perform in 100 locations worldwide, stormed Amsterdam over the weekend and produced an excellent performance.

A moment that stood out at the concert was when the married singer stepped down from the stage to kiss a female fan.

A video making rounds on social media shows the singer planting a kiss on the fan’s lips as she stood in astonishment.

The video sparked outrage on social media, with many criticizing Peter for kissing the fan despite being married with kids.

Reacting to the backlash, the singer who seems to be unperturbed by the criticisms said he was only doing his job.

“But a lot of my female fans collect correct kisses last night for Amsterdam🇳🇱🫣Pls dont be jealous!🤣😂🤣💋😘 #JustDoingMyJob #Psquare100CitiesWorldTour”, he tweeted.
