At a point in the video, he appeared to whisper something into her ears, as he continued dancing and showering her with money.
According to social media users, the lady behaved that way because she is from the Ijaw tribe and that is the way the wedding is done.

As long as the bride is not smiling the groom’s family must do everything within their power to prove to the bride that she is loved and valued. And I am a proud ijaw woman. The southern ijaw people of Bayelsa have this tradition. Please let’s try and make inquiry before judging.
@novieverest; Once witnessed a wedding like this, it didn’t last up to a year before they start filing for divorce. Most times, the bride might have seen a late trigger that should have led to a call off of the marriage, but African stuffs gives lots of reasons to carry on. Wish them love.

The groom had to send her cousin to go and whisper to her that his money don finish o, if she like, make she no smile, she will marry herself Face with tears of joy she smiled right after
