Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has said that some leaders in the South-East and South-enmity South’s for Biafra’s reality is meaningless.
According to him, the only thing that matters is a referendum in which Biafra agitators can choose whether to remain part of Nigeria or form their own country.
Members of the National Assembly, according to Nnamdi Kanu, are terrified of allowing a referendum because they fear actualization of the agitated Biafra nation.
The tweet reads, “The narrative that Leaders of the so-called South South & Southeast or even those in the National Assembly are against #Biafra is irrelevant.
“What’s relevant is the POPULAR WILL of the people, which can be determined only through a REFERENDUM. Like it or not, it shall happen”.
