Accountant / Admin Manager for Food Service Business
We are looking for a dedicated Accountant / Admin Manager who will execute the day-to-day functions of Arrano Food’s accounting, financial and admin activities. The ideal candidate should be willing to grow with the company, as well as remain engaged in a continuous professional learning process.
The Accountant / Admin Manager will maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate a responsive and efficient Administration function.
Key activities
Financial Management
Ensure regulatory financial compliance of company activities and policies
Assist with the Budgeting and planning process
Cashflow management (for working capital, consumables and kitchen supplies)
Provide periodical financial reports (including variance analysis)
Manage company expenses (requisitions, payments and retirements)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Maintain financial records
Manage Petty cash and cash request process
Manage VAT process
Manage PAYE process
Manage field financial operations (where applicable)
Bank account operation
Accounting Functions
Accounts preparation (P&L, Cashflow, Balance Sheet)
Financial / bank reconciliation
Year-end financial statements preparation
Administration
Document filing and record keeping (including staff records)
Payroll Admin
Office consumables management
Contracts and contractual relationships management
Manage office records (general correspondence, utilities, accommodation, transportation, and assets)

Salary: From ₦120,000.00 per month

- Higher National Diploma (Required)
