Billionaire CEO of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, has unveiled a giant sculpture of his wife, Priscilla Chan, in the backyard of their home.
The 40-year-old tech mogul shared a photo on Instagram on August 13 as he brought back the “Roman traditions of making sculptures of your wife”.
Chan also shared Mark’s post on her Instagram Stories and captioned the post “You can’t miss me!”
In the photo, Chan is seen sipping out of a travel mug while wearing a dusty pink robe with white and blue details as she stands next to the statue depicting her likeness.
The sculpture was created by renowned New York City-based artist Daniel Arsham, and reflects his signature style, blending elements of architecture, sculpture, and performance art.
Mark and Priscilla first met at a college party in 2003 when they were both attending Harvard. They got married in a surprise outdoor ceremony in May 2012 at their home in Palo Alto, Calif. The invited guests were under the impression that the party was to celebrate Chan’s graduation from medical school.
Three years later, Zuckerberg and Chan welcomed their first child Maxima, 8. They also share daughters August and Aurelia – the latter of whom was born in 2022.
