A Nigerian woman who identifies as @MzHattrick shocks many after leaving the church on Sunday with the offering basket. The lady claimed she doesn’t attend church nor is she a Christian.
She disclosed that it was her first time attending a church service and she had prayed to God earnestly for money.
While sitting in the congregation, the offering basket was handed to her at the right time – she left the church hurriedly to purchase the items, she needed.
She said
“I am not a Christian and I don’t go to church but today I went to church and something wonderful happened. I was sitting down and they just handed me this basket of money, just at the point I was telling God to bless me with some money. I just got up and I left to buy the things that I need. God is really good, Halleluyah!”
However, social media users opined that the offering basket was being passed around among the congregation to drop their offering but the lady opted to take it home.
Some netizens explained that the woman is a church usher chasing clout while others insist no Nigerian church will allow its to member take the offering basket home.
