The southern team won convincingly in their last friendly before the Copa América 2024. Eduardo Vargas and Víctor Dávila with a brace, scored the goals at the National Stadium in Santiago.
The ‘red‘ reaffirmed their improvement since the arrival of the ‘Tigre‘ and imposed their conditions from the first minute. Víctor Dávila scored a brace at 17′ and 36′, both with a header after a good cross from Gabriel Suazo, while Eduardo Vargas scored the third after a great pass from Diego Valdés. In the final minutes, Daniel Garnero’s team tried to react, but they could not cut the lead.
