The female child represents multiplication of generation, while the male child represents a continuity of a generation, if one should say let there be only male child in the world or vice versa in the next 200 years there won’t be any human life on earth anymore. One of my sister in laws in early stage of her pregnancy a voice said to me, “It’s a girl,” I told them it’s going to be a girl but the father maintained it’s going to be another male child, two weeks to her delivery time I witnessed her delivery in a vision in the labor room as I called my brother, I said, “It is going to be a girl,” he said that he would it to be a boy, when I heard about her delivery I asked, “What’s the gender?,” I was told “It’s a girl.” So before a child is even conceived or born God has already set the gender, male or female, there’s nothing the man of woman can do to alter it – This explains that every child is unique, male or female.
Though it’s believed in the parlance of Biology that it’s the x or y-gamete that determines the gender of a child but that’s in theory not in practice, when a man and a woman come together in agreement to have a baby by copulation what they have only done is making request to god that they need a child, at this point it’s solely incumbent of God to plant a seed inside the belly of the woman which grows into a female human or male human.
One’s age, medical condition or any reason whatsoever cannot restrain one from a having a child, in modern times we have seen the sixty give birth, we have seen people confirmed unfit in the field medicine give birth, so conception takes place the moment God decides not the moment we ourselves decided, not by strength of any kind but only be the will of God.

There’re times God purposely shuts up a woman’s womb in order to bright forth a great child at a particular time for a particular reason, we see such truth in the life of Sarah(Isaac), Hannah(Samuel), Elizabeth(John the Baptist), Isaac manifested the promises of God to His friend Abraham, he was the richest man in the East then, Samuel was at the same time a king, judge, Chief Priest, warrior, counselor etc, John the Baptist was greater than all the prophets.
