Big Brother Naija 2019 winner, Mercy Eke stated that when she realised that she was going for BBNaija, she refused to leave her house.
The reality TV star made this known while confirming a tweet from a fan who quoted her statement.
According to Mercy, she stopped going out until it reached time for her to go into the BBNaija house, because she did not want to unfortunately be involved in an accident.
She said fear of the unknown made her take the decision.
The fan tweeted: ”Just remembered Mercy said something like, the moment she knew she was going for BBN, she stopped leaving her house so she will not mistakenly go and have accident.
This thing lives rent free in my head because what is even the meaning of that?”
Mercy then quoted the tweet in affirmation and said; ”Fear of the unknown”
