What habits contribute to a long and healthy life?

We wake up every day to a habit of brushing plaque from teeth.

 

But we should know that such plaque traverses other parts too.

So we should be brushing our gut and blood vessels too.

We all know the kinds of foods that cause plaque; cooked foods, processed foods and unnatural foods.

Cooked has to be balanced with raw, bitter and sour foods.

These will help cleanse the gut of clogged waste that comes from cooked.

These help in production of bile to remove waste from the gut and the entire body as a result.

Processed and unnatural foods should be avoided.

Major companies producing such foods are in Satanism for power to dominate the world market.

In return, the devil who requires blood for everything he offers commands them to contaminate those foods.

Ex-satanist Kalu Abosi from Ivory Coast says “it was when I visited the underworld that I understood that the heart and mind of Satan is in contaminating our diet and nutrition”

Cancers, Diabetes, heart attacks are all packed beautifully in processed foods. They won’t be easily excreted, filling the body with waste…..…and wasting it.

But you talked of a long life too and even the healthy die of accidents, wars or sudden deaths.

Only God can protect you from such deaths.

So avoid evil, don’t hurt people, walk in love, help the poor and the suffering, support God’s ministries and the Source of life will keep protecting you from all evil (Psalm 121:7)
