Tanzanian fashion designer accuses former US official of stealing her luggage in 2018; shares proof

A Tanzanian fashion designer has called out a former US official, Sam Brinton, of allegedly stealing her suitcase in 2018.

Asya Khamsi, who is based in Texas, said she reported her missing luggage to authorities but it was never recovered.

She accused the ex-Department of Energy official of wearing her clothes that disappeared with her luggage five years ago.

Asya, who designs custom-made outfits, said she recently saw a report that Brinton had been arrested for stealing multiple pieces of luggage across the country.

Due to her missing luggage sage, she conducted a personal investigation and discovered several photos of Brinton wearing what appears to be her clothes.

She claimed Brinton has been pictured wearing her custom-made outfits on different occassion since her luggage went missing from Washington DC airport on March 9, 2018.

The fashion guru took to Twitter to share side by side photos of herself wearing her outfits next to photos of Brinton wearing what appears to be the same outfits.

She tweeted,

“My name is Asyakhamsin tanzanian fashion designer based in houston Texas USA 🇺🇸 I lost my bag 2018 in DCA recently I heard the news on @FoxNews about @sambrinton luggage issue surprisingly >I found his images wore my custom made outfits which was in the lost bag on 2018”
