Procedure
1. Wash 5 balls of lemons and cut them into halves. Squeeze out the juice in a separate container.
2. Peel your ginger and your garlic.
3. Put your ginger, garlic into a blender and add your lemon juice for easy blending.
4. Pour water into a pot and place on a hot stove, bring it to a boil.
5. Add your squeezed lemon balls into the boiling water leave it for 5 minutes
6. Add the blended juice and mix with a wooden spoon and allow it to simmer for few minutes.
7. Remove the pot from heat and take the lemon and lime balls out from the pot.
8. Allow it to cool down and pour into a glass container.
9. Take a glass of this mixture on empty stomach before breakfast.
Note: Ulcer patients and pregnant or breastfeeding mother’s are not advised to take this mixture.
