The popular Nigerian musician Kizz Daniel has announced that Emperor Geezy, the former head of his record label, will take over as CEO of his label, Flyboy Inc.
You may recall that Emperor Geezy, the creator of G-Worldwide Entertainment, helped Kizz Daniel first become well-known. They worked together to create Kizz Daniel’s debut album, which was released and featured popular songs like “Woju” and “Laye,” catapulting him to fame.
However, in 2017, Kizz Daniel’s relationship with G-Worldwide Entertainment turned sour, leading to a highly publicized legal battle over his contract. Eventually, he parted ways with the label, establishing his own label, Flyboy Inc.
During a recent interview on Way Up With Angela Yee, New York’s Power 105.1 FM, Kizz Daniel revealed that he has stepped down as the CEO of Flyboy Inc and appointed Emperor Geezy to take over the position.
He also disclosed that they have signed a new artist, identified as Pryme, to his music label.
