John Akpan Udoedehe, the secretary of the caretaker committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has resigned, THE WITNESS reports.
Udoedehe resigned his appointment on Tuesday, a day after Governor Sani Bello of Niger State assumed office as the acting national caretaker committee chairman of the party.
