The “Bodak Yellow” singer revealed this in a tweet in response to a fan who questioned why she continued to portray herself as someone who still resides in a ghetto.
Despite her achievements, Cardi admitted in her response to a question about what she did in a music video with Latto that she longs for her former lifestyle.
The fan asked; “Okay last thing when is cardi gonna transition to full millionaire like why are you posing with guns and things in the put it on the floor again remix video who escapes the hood just to relive it every chance they get.”
According to the Hip Hip artiste, having every material thing one wants is not enough as it gets bored after sometime.
She claimed that she was crying recently while reminiscing on her old life, but added that she would not complain because the current situation is part of growing up and her children.
