of Cavendish university in Uganda.
It could be recalled that the university announced former President Goodluck Jonathan’s appointment in a post via Twitter few months ago.
“Welcome aboard @GEJonathan as you take over as the Chancellor of CUU. We look forward to this new era and achieving great things under your leadership. Success begins at Cavendish!” it wrote.
Accordingly, the appointment made former President Goodluck Jonathan the third chancellor of the private university since its establishment in 2008.
Reactions have trailed as many Nigerians opined that the former president’s country is now at the mercies of bandits while he is busy with appointments.
Notwithstanding, another social media user compared him with Nigerian current president, Muhammadu Buhari, praising him for making the country proud while the later is allegedly doing otherwise.
